How do I login?

For Dental Practices

If you are a dental practice currently signed up with Pearly for A/R, Membership, or both, simply head to the Practice Portal login page and input your email and password.

If you don't have a user account, please ask the Pearly admin at your practice to invite you as a user.

For Dental Patients

If you are signed up for a membership program, you may log into the Patient Portal to view plan details, manage your account, and add dependents. To log in, please go to the Patient Portal login page.

If you are unable to access your account, click the reset password button below the login section to update your password on file.
