Yes! You can modify a patient's plan according to your practice's policy.
Search for the patient, click on the patient name, and then open the Plans tab. You'll see the plan information and can click the "Modify Plan" dropdown.
Please note that if they are switching from monthly to annual, the remaining portion will be charged automatically based on their renewal date. If you switch from annual to monthly billing, please reach out to support@pearly.co and our team will issue the appropriate refund.
